Under Yogi Adityanath’s Leadership, BJP Obtains 300 UP Seats : Amit Shah

Amit Shah was addressing in Gorakhpur, wherein he expressed confidence within BJP’s UP government, praised Yogi Adityanath, but criticized the opposition.

Amit Shah, home minister, predicted before the Uttar Pradesh elections that now the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would ‘win over 300 seats in the forthcoming Assembly elections whilst speaking to the audience in Gorakhpur. The Home Minister addressed Yogi Adityanath’s candidacy as Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Amit Shah praised current CM Yogi Adityanath, saying: ‘we will once again form the government with a two-thirds majority.

Amit Shah expresses optimism that the BJP will win 300 seats in the next UP election:

“Today, once again, the BJP is going to repeat history. In all the three elections 2014, 2017, and 2019, the people of Uttar Pradesh have given a thumping majority by preparing the way for the development of UP under the leadership of Modi Ji. Today, with the nomination of Yogi Ji, once again the BJP is moving ahead in the whole of UP and resolve to cross 300 from here,” said Amit Shah.

The Home Minister, citing PM Modi, stated: “Modi Ji always says that as long as Uttar Pradesh is developed, the country’s development is impossible. Modi Ji has always been engaged to uplift poor, backward, Dalit, and tribal.”

Attack on the Opposition by Amit Shah

“For 2 years, Yogi Ji worked to lay the foundation of good governance here; because of that, in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, all the opposition parties came together to form a grand alliance. In the Bhubaneswar executive committee, I said that those who are left should also get together and do it; we will once again form the government with a two-thirds majority. 65 seats came again under the leadership of Modi Ji.”
