List of Winning Captains and Squads in U-19 India, Times When India Won U-19 World Cup

India is the most successful team in the U19 World Cup, having won it 4 times and reaching four straight finals, including in 2022.

World Cup for Under-19s in 2000

Under the guidance of Mohammad Kaif, India won its first U19 World Cup during 2000. Within the final, they beat Sri Lanka U-19 by 6 wickets in Colombo. This also offered us Yuvraj Singh, a potential superstar.

2018 Under-19

Under the captaincy of Prithvi Shaw, India beat Australia U-19 within the World Cup final with 8 wickets at Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. This was their fourth championship, and coach Rahul Dravid was in charge.
