Jio Customers Complaining – Mumbai Server Down

Around Saturday afternoon, some Reliance Jio customers, the majority of whom were in Mumbai and the surrounding areas, reported on Twitter that they now have no connectivity on their smartphones. Filmmaker Ashoke Pandit also expressed dissatisfaction with his inability to make phone calls.

“I was freaking out about my Jio sim not working, but…it’s not just me,” wrote a Twitter user. Users were sharing memes as well.

When attempting to contact Reliance Jio, consumers have reported obtaining the notice “Not registered on the network.”

Users in the Mumbai circle of Reliance Jio are claiming a complete network outage, with many customers being unable to make or receive phone calls. By Saturday afternoon, Reliance Jio customers were perplexed about what had gone wrong with their network/server connection.

JioCare, Reliance’s customer service handle, responded to a Twitter user who’d been upset about the service disruption by writing, “Hi! You may face an intermittent problem of using internet services or making or receiving calls on your mobile connection. This is temporary, and our team is working to resolve this at the earliest – Bhushan.”

Jio Care responded to another grievance on Twitter with the following message:, “Hi Satish, we will get this checked for you. Request you to DM your Jio number and an alternate contact number for further assistance – Bhushan.’
